MIA...Our Correspondent in Brazil
Our Brazilian correspondent went missing, after pecking at her laptop keyboard for a couple of years from the general vicinity of Corcovado Mountain in Rio. Last seen flying in a general northwesterly direction.
We'll keep you posted if the bird ever turns up again!
I will. The bird has been spotted on a palm tree on the beach in Miami...not to worry.
Just got Internet connection today...
Muito obrigada for writing!! This month I worked on putting together a book about my years in Brazil for my daughter; mostly photos, a little text. It's called Bird of Passage and I'll self publish at Blurb.com soon.
